There are two ways to modify the booking:
- in your personal account, at least 24 hours before the trip
- by contacting the support team, if there is less than 24 hours before your transfer
How do I access my personal account
You get access to the personal account with your first booking.
Click on personal account in the email that we sent you and set the password.
You can also log in to your personal account on the main page of our website.
What can be altered in the personal account
In the personal account, you can amend:
- date and time of the transfer
- flight/train/ship number
- contact details: name and phone number
- number of passengers
- pick-up and drop-off points
Also, you can:
- add child restraints
- upgrade car class
- cancel the transfer
Click “Manage booking” to change the transfer details.
Then click “Edit details.”
Enter new transfer details and click “Save changes”
Changes in the booking
We accept any changes 24 hours before the trip.
If the “Manage booking” button is inactive, it means that there is less than 24 hours left before your trip. In this case, please contact the support team to make changes.

✨ Important: if there is less than 24 hours before the trip, we may not be able to change the transfer details: we work on a pre-booking basis and the transfer schedule is made in advance.
After saving the changes, we will email you a new voucher.
