You can cancel the booking:

  • in your personal account, at least 24 hours before the trip
  • by contacting the support team, if there is less than 24 hours before the trip

How do I access my personal account?

You get access to the personal account with your first booking.

Click on personal account in the email that we sent you and set the password.

You can also log in to your personal account on the main page of our website.

How do I cancel the transfer in my personal account? 

Click “Manage the booking”

Then click “Cancel transfer”

Specify the reason and confirm the cancellation.

Refund upon cancellation

We return the money to your card within 5-7 working days, two weeks maximum.

We will return the full amount:

  • if you are cancelling the transfer of Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax classes no later than 6 hours before the transfer start.
  • if you are cancelling the transfer of Business, Premium, Premium Minibus 6 pax, Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax classes 24 hours before the pick-up time.

Important: if you fail to cancel your booking on time, we will not be able to return the money (according to our Terms and conditions)

Free cancellation service

This services allows you to cancel the booking at any time before the trip without a fine.

For example, your flight has been cancelled or delayed. It means you can cancel the transfer with money refund even 10 minutes before the trip (the cost of the service itself won’t be returned).

You can use the offer if the price of a transfer does not exceed 133 EUR / 133 USD / 10000 RUB.

To buy this service, choose “By card on the website + free cancellation at any time”.

The price: from 1 to 4 EUR/USD. In case of cancellation, we will refund the full amount, except for the cost of the service itself.
