My flight is delayed for 30 minutes

Don’t worry if your flight is delayed for 30 minutes, your driver will meet you on time.

We always track flight delays that are up to 30 minutes. You also have 1 hour of free waiting time after the scheduled arrival.

For example, if your flight is to arrive at 14.30 and your flight is delayed for 30 minutes, the driver will wait for you until 16:00.

My flight is delayed for more than 30 minutes

If your flight is delayed for more than 30 minutes, let us know about it as soon as possible so we could change the meeting time.

My flight arrived earlier

The driver arrives at the time of scheduled flight arrival and waits for one hour. If your flight arrived earlier, it is more likely that your transfer driver will not be there yet.

You can notify about your early arrival by calling the dispatcher or Kiwitaxi support team.

My train/ship/bus is delayed

Information about train, ship and bus delays is not available online, so the driver cannot track delays.

It’s important that you warn us if you are running late.

Important: The driver waits for 15 minutes at the train or bus station and 1 hour at the port.

My flight was cancelled

If your flight was cancelled, you can cancel the transfer. You can do it in your personal account or contact our support team. Please keep in mind  our cancellation policy:

  • For Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax, you can safely cancel your booking not later than 6 hours
  • You will get full refund if you cancel the booking 24 hours before the pick-up time for Business, Premium, Premium Minibus 6 pax, Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax.

If you arrive on another flight or at another airport, please make a new booking.

Free cancellation service

This option allows you to cancel the transfer at any time without losing money. The price is 1-4 USD/EUR.

You can select this option if you book Comfort and higher car classes. Just click on the preferable payment option on the payment page.
