Usually, it takes max. 30 minutes to find the problem.
If a customer’s card is charged twice, we always refund the money. Contact us via chat or at email@example.com. Specify the exact time of a charge and the last four digits of the credit card you used.
I didn’t receive the confirmation email
The email with the voucher should be in your inbox no later than 5 minutes after you make the booking.
Sometimes our emails go to Spam folder. Please check the folder and click “It’s not spam”, so emails about your booking won’t be lost again.
If you still haven’t received the confirmation email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, provide the phone number that you used when booking. Our managers will find your booking if it was successfully created.
